Free Information

Free literature about amblyopia, strabismus, eye safety and other important written information about the eyes is available free-of-charge to residents of Ohio. Please complete the Free Literature Request Form below. The literature will be mailed to you and you should receive the information in about two weeks.

The purpose of the free literature is to increase awareness of eye problems in children, particularly as they relate to amblyopia, commonly known as lazy eye. Also, a major emphasis of the Save Our Sight Fund for Children is eye safety.
